The living room has a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.), stereo, and a gas fireplace. Steps away, you’ll find a farmhouse-style dining table for 6 right by another fireplace and mounted TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee maker, oven, blender, and more to make you feel right at home. From here, you can access the sun room, where you can leave the sliding doors open to soak in the summer breeze!The gorgeous backyard is perfect in the summer for late-night conversations by the firepit or fireplace, having a glass of wine. Don’t forget to take a soak in the unique hot tub, complete with a waterfall feature! You’ll find so many places to sit and enjoy the warm California breeze in this spacious backyard.The first bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed.
