A top-to-bottom renovation has recently been completed, including new plush carpet in the three bedrooms and new tile throughout the rest of the house. All of the cabinets are new, with granite counter tops.The well-equipped kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and built-in microwave oven. You’ll also find a toaster oven, waffle maker, blender, coffee grinder, and other small appliances. The large window over the sink offers a view of the golf course and the surrounding mountains. You’ll enjoy lots of good lighting and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. There’s an exterior door that leads onto the patio.The master bedroom has a California king bed with a three-inch memory foam topper, a 42 inch, flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a spacious, totally renovated en suite bathroom.The second bedroom has a queen bed with a three-inch memory foam topper, a comfortable leather recliner, a 42 inch flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the second bathroom, which has been totally renovated.The third bedroom has twin beds with three-inch memory foam toppers, a rocking chair and a ceiling fan.The living room has two cozy couches and two leather recliners for relaxing in front of the 52 inch flat-screen HDTV. There’s also a gas fireplace to keep you warm during the winter evenings and a ceiling fan to keep you cool during the day. Next to the fireplace is a granite-topped bar with an under-counter wine cooler. A new sliding glass door leads onto the patio.The newly extended patio is south-facing and overlooks the golf course. It is equipped with a retractable awning, an outdoor granite counter, a table and umbrella, several chairs, two comfortable loungers, and a barbecue.There is a telephone for your use with free calling throughout the U.S.A. We’ve got your calls to Canada covered, as well. There is also free WiFi and a wireless laser printer.The beautifully appointed club house is available for fine or casual dining. You won’t want to miss the Friday night pasta buffet.We’re confident that you will enjoy your stay in this comfortable home away from home.
