Enjoy expansive views of the fairway, gorgeous desert skies and the stunning “Chocolate Mountains” from your totally enclosed South and Southwest facing patio.The home is incredibly well appointed with new furniture throughout and top of the line Casper mattresses in the two bedrooms along with a memory foam pullout mattress in the new sofa. All the televisions in the home are large format flatscreens that have Internet and streaming capabilities and we have a very comprehensive channel package with our cable service. If you must work, enjoy very fast an reliable Wi-Fi that even works on the patio.Feel right at home in a very large and gracious master suite that includes several wall length closets, tons of storage for you long term renting snow birds, a large walk in shower and even access to your own little atrium. The guest suite also includes lots of storage, a large, wall length closet and the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is just steps away. Chefs both amateur and professional will love to cook in the awesome kitchen with all new appliances, amazing views and every tool and small appliance you can speak of. We have both a classic drip coffee machine and a Keurig pod machine. There is even a pass through window for the BBQ area on the patio.
