There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.Other Things to Note:Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. The nightly rate for this option is $55 to heat to a standard temperature of 82 degrees. It is an additional $30/day to heat to 85 degrees and an additional $75/day to heat to 90 degrees. This is billed separately and must be confirmed and paid prior to arrival. Please let us know at the time of booking if you choose this option. *Minimum 2-days of heat requiredPET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet plus tax. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet plus tax.
