Lakeside Park is a tiny neighborhood in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. We are nestled between the beautiful shore of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly’s Gondola, Edgewood, and all of the casinos. You can walk to the Gondola, the beach, and all our casinos. The best restaurants are at your fingertips.Lakeside Beach is a semi-private beach that offers a variety of activities and rentals with NO DRIVING: parasailing, power boats, jet skis, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and more. We are only one block from Stateline, NV.**** House and Bedroom Set Up *****Ground level:Downstairs is all hardwood with a unique, large, and perfect great room. The great room includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen ~ all together. There is a full bathroom with custom tile floors, a stand-up shower with rain shower head, w/ shampoo, conditioner, body soap catty, and a thick glass shower door that slides. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, and a hairdryer are provided.*The Laundry Room is also on the ground floor with/ a Stackable Washer/Dryer with laundry pads to get you started—gear Storage for you, old towels that can be beach towels, Grocery bags.*Gourmet Kitchen: loaded with everything you need to cook meals: granite countertops, dishwasher with detergent to get you started, stainless steel appliances, Ice Maker, gas cooktop and oven, Microwave, coffee maker with coffee, creamer, and sugar to get you started, Coffee grinder, toaster.*Upstairs is all carpet with THREE bedrooms. We sleep six adults comfortably.We can accommodate a few extra little people.Upstairs Bathroom: There are full bathrooms with travertine tiled floors and a stand-up shower w/ with rain shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body soap catty, and a glass door that opens. Also, upon arrival, there is a one-time setup: hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, rags, sheets, blankets, four pillows for each bed, and comforters.*Free Cable High-Speed Wifi Internet – Offered by Charter Spectrum.*Paved Parking for 2 to 3 cars*TWO Smart Roku TVs located in the Living room and main bedroom – Offering Premium Spectrum Hulu for live TV*Dining for 6 to 8 people*thermostat-controlled natural gas fireplace in living room*The front of the house is all deck, with a roof. It’s scarce for Tahoe. There are TWO gates, so you can open the house door but still feel like dogs and littles will not roam off.*Year-round grilling without ever running out of propane. BBQ grill on ~roof covered natural gas fed*ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and main living room area*hardwood floors downstairs in great room and kitchen, carpet upstairs, all bedrooms and bathrooms tiled with stand-up showers.*2 to 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella, and you can usually find sleds on the property.*Snow removal service!!! with 4+ inches*Bear box so your trash is secure*Iron and Ironing board**** These things are allowed with my approval or not allowed at all. ***1/.
