Newly renovated 3000 square foot home features 3 very large bedrooms 2 newly renovated full baths and an updated kitchen with ample space throughout. The first floor consist of an open concept living room and kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a dining table to seat eight and a penisula that seats three, a full bathroom, laundry and one bedroom consisting of 2 queen size beds, a flat screen TV and a deck off the front along with plenty of closet and storage space. The second floor features a second dining area to accomadate 4-6, a second living room with a flat screen TV and ample seating. There is also another full bathroom and one bedroom which has a king size bed with a large closet, sitting area, ample storage and another deck with beautiful views of Moody beach. The third floor is a very large bedroom which consists of three tri-bunk beds ample storage and beautiful ocean views, this floor is open loft style overlooking the second floor living area. There is also a new outside shower, large deck with gas grill along with outside dining off the first floor living room. all of the furniture is new throughout.
