Moonlight” is a freshly renovated condo that is located at 1800 Atlantic Blvd on the beach, with sunset views right from your own 28-foot balcony. You’ll be able to enjoy quiet afternoons with those balmy Key West breezes wafting through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. “Moonlight” is located in an upscale private community within walking or biking distance to all of your favorite Key West spots, including beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful waters surrounding the island.The living room of “Moonlight” is comfortably furnished, with plenty of light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and reflecting off the floor to ceiling mirrors. There’s a very large flat screen TV, for those times you aren’t marveling at the breathtaking Key West sunsets from your private balcony. The brand new kitchen with its new stainless steel appliances has everything a good chef would need to prepare any meal. The dining table will seat six comfortably, and there’s also a kitchen bar that seats four more.THE POOL, THE BEACH & TENNIS…The Resort-style Community Pool is right downstairs, located directly on the beach. There are plenty of chaises for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. There is an oversized Jacuzzi and even a picnic area with BBQ’s. You can relax on the beach next to the pool, or take long walks on Smathers Beach, which is right around the corner. You’ll also have access to Key West’s only clay tennis courts, located on-site.THE ACCOMMODATIONS…The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony. The master bathroom is en suite with twin vanities and a shower. The second bedroom has two twins that convert to a king bed, and also has access to the balcony. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combination. There’s a sleep sofa in the living room for extra guests.THE AMENITIES…Central Heat and AC, Large Heated Community Pool, Large Community Jacuzzi, Key West’s only clay tennis courts, Handball courts, Picnic areas with BBQ’s, Recreation rooms available for private parties, One covered off-street parking space, Washer/Dryer, 50′ Flat Screen TV with DVR, Cable TV throughout, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Gourmet Appointed Kitchen with New Stainless Steel Appliances, Linens and Towels provided.
