The Monte Verde is the largest floor plan at Vista Cay which offers single floor living, 2100 Sq Ft, 3 Beds, 2 Baths and can sleep up to 8 guests.The open floor plan features a family room with a large sectional sofa and a dining area. Enough space for the whole family to relax.Save money and prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.The primary bedroom has King size mattress. The second bedroom features a Queen size mattress. The third bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. The den provides additional sleeping with a pull out sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have their own television.All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans.If you have little ones, we provide a booster seat and pack and play at no additional cost.There is a Walgreens drug store on site and a Publix grocery market directly next to Vista Cay which can be accessed by walking just 3 minutes.We stayed at Vista Cay several times before becoming owners. The location is ideal, the complex is quiet and conveniently located minutes from everything Orlando has to offer. This is our second home so we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible. I am confident that your family will love it as much as we do.Remember you will be dealing directly with the owner who will be able address any questions or concerns you have before and during your stay without delay.
