This historic charming property built in 1933 is in the heart of Burns Park and is under a mile to U of M Stadium and Downtown Ann Arbor. It is a comfortable 4 bedroom can sleep (8) comfortably with ample living space to enjoy a dinner together in the dining room or watch the ball game around the tv in the living room.
