This quiet, historic neighborhood located just south of Town Lake provides visitors with a genuine South Austin experience.Compact and curated for Austin visitors, The guest house features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a vanity bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The colorful kitchen comes complete with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain for two. Guests can lounge on the cozy living room sofa (which converts to a pull-out sleeper sofa) with accompanying leather ottomans, or on the covered patio. The house also has a desk for folks needing to work remotely.Coffee and essentials are complimentary. Our bath and body products are made by Public Goods and our linens are high thread count, 100% cotton.Off-street parking is reserved for 1 vehicle.NOTE: We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines.
