Our condo is THE CLOSEST TO THE BEACH that you can get in a one-bedroom unit at our resort. The guests must review, sign, and return the agreement within 48 hours of booking.• No more than 4 people including kids and day-time visitors in the condo at all times.• Our condo is not child-proofed; guests are solely responsible for the actions of the children in their party.• No smoking (inside, outside, on the balcony, no e-cigarettes).• No pets (inside or outside the resort).• One car per unit (the second car can be parked depending on the availability, which is determined by our guard). Parking is located underneath and around the building.• Wheelchairs and walkers are not suitable due to the small size of the condo.CANCELLATION• We have a strict 60-day cancellation policy: a 100% refund is provided if the guest cancels before 60 days before check-in; however, no refund will be issued after the 60-day mark.• If you are concerned about the possibility of rescheduling, early departure, or cancellation for ANY reason, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
