Wow! The first thought when you walk into this unit and look through to the back wall of windows with beautiful views of South Peak on Loon Mountain and the Pemigewasset River rolling by below! Come enjoy this large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit with 2100 sq-ft of rustic charm and character.While staying at the house, guest will have free wifi, cable tv and large couch to make the mountain home as warm and cozy as you would expect. In the Summer months the house has A/C to keep you cool after a day out in the heat. The upstairs bedrooms and main living space take on a lodge feel while the down stairs bedrooms and lower common space have more of a ski vibe.The complex that the town house is located in has a club house a short walk away featuring an outdoor heated pool available in the summer time as well as an indoor pool and hot tub available all year round. Additionally, there is access to a swimming hole behind the townhouse on the Pemigewasset river.In front of the unit there are two parking spaces available.Property does utilize a ring door bell. This has the capability to monitor the front porch. There are no other cameras on the property.
