Description
A beautiful condo recently renovated located on the free Moover route across the street from Mount Snow. It is a family-friendly place complete with an indoor pool, gym, and clubhouse to use plus an in-unit hot tub (seasonal Mid-October through March) sauna, laundry, fireplace and so much more. A great winter escape. Fall is beautiful and summer is very peaceful with great lakes for Kayaking, fishing, hiking, and more. The entire space is for you there are three owners closet that are locked one on the porch which is the ski closet when in the kitchen and one down in the den other than that make yourself at home and enjoy There is a code on the front door for easy access to the unit and no worries about keys! Parking: Please be reminded that you are only allowed the two spaces in front of the unit per the rules and regulations. All additional vehicles shall be parked in overflow lots which includes the Sugarhouse parking lot. Violators will be subject to fines. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Thank you As the space is completely yours and we are in Connecticut most of the time we have a rental agency that is here if you ever have needs please text me with the phone number provided and I can provide any services you may need The condo is located directly across the street from Mount Snow which in the winter is a wonderful ski mountain there are cross country trails on the property along with many other amenities please see the list. In the summer there is kayaking tennis hiking and golf all available locally Sugar house on site with a pool etc. http://www.timbercreek-vt.com/health-club During the Winter months for skiing you have pick up directly in front of the unit on the weekends to take you to the base of the mountain. Excellent service! Please know that if you use the grill turn off the propane tank and make sure that you recover the grill when finished. While pets are not allowed please know the unit is not a pet-free environment.
