Explore the nearby South Mountain trails (under two blocks away), relax in the shaded patio, and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen.This property boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, an inviting front firepit, and an expansive back deck/patio with stunning mountain views.During your stay, the garage is a shared space with the owner, primarily for access to the washer and dryer.The entire home is available for your use except for the RV/Trailer parked in the front driveway, which the owner (myself) occupied. You may occasionally see me coming and going during your stay, but your privacy and comfort are a priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.While no interaction with guests is necessary, I will be readily available if you require assistance or have any questions during your stay.
