The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. There is a Peloton located in the master bedroom. You will need to log into your own account for any classes. There are two bedrooms on the opposite side of the home that share a full bathroom with a combo bathtub and shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, along with a desk and a computer screen that is available for use. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a half bathroom located in the hallway.For the ultimate relaxation space, the resort-style backyard has a heated infinity pool, private spa, built-in BBQ & outdoor fireplace are all perfect for taking in the fabulous views. Dine outside or soak up the views.Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, Sonoran Serenity offers easy access to hiking, golfing (memberships may be required), local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Nestled amongst the natural desert terrain, you may encounter wildlife.House RulesPool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.Pool heat is an additional $150 p/day + tax. SPA heat is included; Please keep in mind the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. The pool can take up to 48hrs to heat to the desired temperature, please request this in advance. The actual pool temperature can vary based on weather & ambient temperatures.
