Beautiful views of Woodland Park!You may encounter wildlife! It is common to see deer, turkey and bears roaming around. This neighborhood is about 13 minutes from downtown Woodland Park. Some of the roads are steep so 4WD or AWD will be necessary in the winter.4 wheel drive may be needed to get to this location in the winter or in other bad weather. We HIGHLY recommend AWD or 4WD to get to the home. Sections of this neighborhood have dirt roads and some are paved. GPS may or may not work in this area. Apple Maps does not work for directions so please use MapQuest or another map program. Access to the house is easy – with a smart lock codeMain Floor:Kitchen – with refrigerator, stove, microwave, regualar coffee pot & Keurig, a crock pot, water dispenser & kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishes and basic spices. The kitchen table seats 4.Master bedroom has a large closet, a dresser, two nightstands and a King bed.Living Room has a fireplace, couch (with recliners on each end), two chairs, a bench and access to the rear deck and loftBathroom has a showerUpper:Loft – with full size bunk beds.
