A visit to Durango would not be complete without a ride on the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, with stunning mountain scenery and an education on the area’s mining history.The Durango Resort offers apartment-style accommodation with fully equipped kitchens, a fitness center and two outdoor hot tubs with breathtaking mountain views.The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.Starting October 1st, 2023, there will be a $12.00 nightly parking fee for all guests.Construction Notice:1. The resort will be experiencing nearby construction directly across the street through September 2025. For the entire construction period, there will be a one-lane closure to the main road leading to the resort and a full closure periodically.
