When you enter this second-floor retreat, you will discover a sunny living area with all the essentials – a nice seating area with comfy sofas, a smart TV, a dining table, partial AC, and a kitchenette with mini-fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, a cozy bed, and a full bathroom. This retreat also has views of Mt. Battie and Penobscot Bay at the end of the road.THINGS TO KNOWThe fireplace is not for guest use.Each unit has its own private outdoor space, chairs, and firepit.This retreat can be rented together with Camden Village Eaton House.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Security camera details: exterior camera on main home faces the drivewayDamage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
