Fast XFinity WIFI!The Lower patio has a hot tub and plenty of seating.Large oversized stationary 16×28 dock and floater with V-hull boat lift (available upon request)We’re located in a quiet cove with deep water. Perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking. 2 kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board and water carpet provided along with life jackets.Gas grill and fire pit next to the lower patio with rack for cooking.
