All hardwood floors throughout and freshly renovated in 2021!All three bedrooms are on the first level with an en suite very spacious master with a king bed. Master bath includes a walk in shower and tub and double sink. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom. The second level is one large space, great for gathering whether to cook, eat, watch TV or just lounge. A gas fireplace provides the opportunity for a cozy winter evening. Windows all the way around providing a nice open, sunny space. A porch off the living areas is yet another outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. A spiral staircase leads to a loft on the third floor with two twin beds and a great view from the deck! Note that this cottage has the most allocated parking of the majority of Coast Cottages with 4 allocated parking places. This is strictly enforced.The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day.
