Our home is approximate 2200sf and has 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (all on second floor) and a first floor bedroom (not en-suite) and a first floor powder bathroom. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which has a large table with seating for 10 (plus 4 additional stools at the kitchen island). Off the kitchen is a large screened-in porch as well as a patio with a gas grill. The screened porch has two ceiling fans for added comfort and 4 porch rockers. There is a picnic table in the back yard that comfortably seats 10.The living room is off of the dining room and has a 65” Smart TV with large sectional couch. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed off the living room and a first floor powder room.Second FloorUpstairs you will find three bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer and linen closet. The 1st Primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and claw foot bathtub. The bedroom also features a private balcony with seating for two. The second primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has 3 Twin XLs, and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower (this bathroom also has a door to the main hallway).Guests have use of the entrie house with exception of the Primary bedroom closet.
