Glen Lake is highly regarded as one of the most spectacular lakes in the Great Lakes region.This is a unique mid-century contemporary ranch style vacation home with a finished walk out basement. Our home is a spacious 2,900 sq ft. We have 100 feet of private waterfront on a deep 300 ft. lot. There is a 150 foot long dock with sunning section and a mooring for boats. Water is crystal clear, perfect for swimming, with a sandy lake bottom. Two full-sized decks and a nice bonfire pit along the shore. Many picture windows and sliding glass doors allow a phenomenal view of the lake from indoors. Newly finished basement includes ping-pong, card, and pool tables. The nautical-themed basement also has a cozy fireplace and a sound-system.Our home is a walk, bike ride, or drive from the lovely shops and restaurants of downtown Glen Arbor. We are in very close proximity to the beautiful Empire Bluffs, Crystal River, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Lake Michigan.3 Bedrooms (plus additional room with 3 twin beds)3 Bathrooms (2 showers total)We kindly ask for no smoking or pets in our home.
