Murphy’s Salty HideoutOwner Managed! Located at Laketown Wharf Resort/8th floor. All 7 Elevators and stairwells newly updated. Spacious Gulf Views/Big Private Balcony. 5 Pools/2 Hot tubs/Multi-Level Gym/Pickle Ball court/Putting Green/8 restaurants all onsite. Beach accessories provided. 3 convenient beach access locations. Laketown Wharf Resort requires all guests 12+ to wear armbands. Armband fee is $75+tax total (not per). This gets you up to 6 armbands and 2 parking passes, paid to Laketown Wharf either at time of check-in or online once I register your group. Must Be 21+. No more than 6 guests.Our condo features an open kitchen, dining, and living room with a beautiful landscape view of the Gulf. It has a private balcony with couch and coffee table, 2 rocker chairs, and a bar height table with 2 swivel chairs to enjoy the fresh sea breeze while having your morning cup of coffee or lunch/dinner outside. It also includes a king size bed w/ full bathroom in the Master, a bunk room – separated by a barndoor- with 2 twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. The new living room couches both provide pullout sleepers. Touch Lamps w/USB ports in the living room and bunk room. Fully stocked Kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Coffee Maker & Keurig.Fountain music & light show every evening over the lake just a few steps outside the front door.Pineapple Willy’s beach restaurant across the street. Juan Taco, Lulu’s sports bar, The Wharf seafood buffet, PCB Pizza and wings, candy and ice cream shop, sandwich shop, Sunshine Bar/Grille (poolside), and a hair salon on the premises. Walmart Supercenter is across the street. Along with Parlor Doughnuts, McDonalds, Sweet Cone Alabama, Dippin’ Dots, Walgreens, Ripley’s Believe or Not, Coconut Creek mini-golf, shopping, and entertainment in walking distance.
