Relax in the upstairs portion of this beautiful beach house. Located minutes from the marsh walk, walking distance to Nance’s Creekfront Restaurant and The Hot Fish Club. Also conveniently located near multiple beaches and restaurants, Huntington state park (you are welcome to use the park pass provided for free entry), Brookgreen Garden, shopping and much more.You will have access to the upstairs portion of the house. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A living-room, kitchen and dining room. You will also have access to the laundry room. **My partner and I do live downstairs full-time with our pups and baby. For complete privacy there is a locked door separating the two living spaces. **This is NOT a party house. This is our home. Please respect that and note that quiet hours start at10:30pm. We sleep directly under the living room/kitchen so please keep levels down and walking to a minimum after 10:30pm
