This includes work on waste water pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited.During the roof and pipe project, large sections of the parking lot will need to be closed to accommodate work crews, equipment, and material staging. Closed sections will be marked and notices posted. To minimize parking problems, the property will temporarily suspend all deeded parking and will implement an open parking policy effective April 1, 2024. The open parking policy applies to the ENTIRE PROPERTY. All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit.
