This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is on the second floor of the five seasons building, so it takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort is known for it’s amenities, which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, a shop, pizza parlor along with a great bar and grill restaurant. All amenities are listed below.Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.Parking: BEGINNING JAN 1ST 2024, THERE IS $20 PER CAR FEE AT THE SECURITY GATE TO PARK IN THE RESORT. This fee is payable as the guest enters the gate on the first day of their stay by credit/debit card only. Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up one flight to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.Family room: Roku TV allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out.Bedroom: Balcony access and courtyard views from the bedroom! 1 Queen bed.Bathroom: full bathtub and shower.Balcony: private balcony with a courtyard view.Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. The complex has easy access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi.Other Things to Note:PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.Cancellation Policy – Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.No pets. Minimum booking age 23.
