This three bedroom townhome is directly across from the back pool on the property and has a kiddie pool perfect for small children. This pool area also has a nice covered area if you bring along your lunch or grill out with your family.The three bedrooms are upstairs. The family has plenty of room to relax downstairs in the living room with comfortable seating or gathered around the dining table with seating for six.There is an outdoor patio and a nice lawn area behind the unit that extends to the playground. Wide open spaces and walking path around the lake make the complex very desirable for families. Fishing is allowed in the lake. Inside the clubhouse you can enjoy the view of the lake as you get your daily exercise in the fitness center or challenge friends to a fun game of ping pong. The clubhouse veranda is a great place to read, relax, or enjoy visiting with friends and family.Ocean Walk is within walking distance to Pier Village, lighthouse, playground, and wonderful restaurants. As you stroll to the village, you will pass Kings Park and Mallery Park with tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts. Mallery Park has a baseball field and playground the kids are sure to love.Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.No glass or pets in pool areas.Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio.
