It is located on a corner lot in the N section directly across the street from the campground store and water park area. Walk to the beach and amenities with ease. The fee charged is $12 per day/per vehicle if purchased in advance or $15 per day/per vehicle if purchased upon arrival. Instructions for purchasing car passes will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.All renters are required to pay a $300 Damage Deposit. This deposit is refundable to you if there is no damage to the house and if no fines or violations are assessed by Ocean Lakes during your stay. Instructions for paying the Damage Deposit will be emailed to you after your booking is approved. Damage Deposit is due within 10 days of booking approval. ***Must be at least 25 years old to rent this house.
