The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private full bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed. The third bedroom includes a queen bed. The second full bath is in the hallway just outside the second and third bedroom and includes a bathtub with shower. There is also an outside shower on lower level along with washer and dryer in separate outdoor access.There is a large combined family room, kitchen and dining area, a smart TV and high speed wi-fi.Guest accessGuest will have full access to the home except for one locked owners closet in primary bedroom. There will be beach toys and 2 bikes in lower level room for your use.Other things to notePups are welcome for a fee of 75. 00 per dog. Dog crate will be available in primary bedroom closet.
