The Nandina cottage is a comfortable mini-home, simply perfect as a base while in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The Nandina offers an open floor plan with a king size bed, comfortable den, full kitchen, dining area, laundry room with washer-dryer (for long term stays), enclosed air conditioned sun room with a full sized futon for 1 or 2 extra friends, and best of all your own cedar-stay fenced courtyard with private hot tub, BBQ grill (charcoal), chimenea, and outdoor seating! You will enjoy all the comforts of home, and then some! Guests enjoy a wall-mounted 42″ plasma TV with ROKU streaming, and a lovely bath with a Tuscan-style tile shower. There is also seating on the front porch to enjoy the lovely landscaping.The Willows is a unique property where each house can be rented individually or as a whole to hold family reunions and small retreats.
