Walk to Main Street! Our bungalow A is on Historic Orange Street just a short walk from Town. Our property has two large homes on it, the bungalow is at the front of the property overlooking Orange Street.Central air makes this bungalow a comfortable retreat in the summer months. Enter into a very large family kitchen fully equipped to cook and entertain. The master bedroom is very private ,has reclaimed wide plank hardwood floors and a beautiful new carrera marble bathroom , ADA height toilet and a huge glass shower.The master bedroom has a KING size bed ,all new furniture and all new linens.The master bedroom also features a private sitting area perfect for reading ! The second bedroom has a queen size bed with all new cottage furniture and all new linens next to a tile bath with ADA height toilet and tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has one twin with nautical accents and all new linens. All bedrooms and living room have 32’flat screen high def tv’s. The livingroom is off of the kitchen and has plenty of seating, EXTREME PRO WIFI and a large selection of books and puzzles. The sunporch with wrap around windows has a double bed for over flow, a sofa and work space with a desk. High speed internet included! The kitchen is stocked with all essentials. Washer and dryer are in the house along with beach chairs and beach towels. Just outside the kitchen door is a fully furnished deck with a grill. We added a huge outdoor shower in 2017! Spacious private driveway with plenty of room for one off street parking space. The bungalow is approximately 1500 square feet all on one level.This 1926 bungalow is located on historic Orange Street just a short walk to Main Street. No smoking on the property. NO PETS.
