The well appointed living room has a pull out couch, large smart tv, and views of Naples Bay.The main bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in closet and a large granite vanity that passes through to the bath with updated vanity and a tile shower.The lower level also has an updated bath with tile shower and a seating area with TV that includes a trundle bed and serves as a 2nd bedroom.The unit also has a washer and dryer.Cable TV provided by Xfinity in both LR, BR, and basement living space. Xfinity Blast! Internet with speeds up to 200 Mbps. Unit includes 1 dedicated covered parking stall for a car or SUV on the 1st floor (no large trucks or motorcycles).No smoking, no pets. Stays over 90 days require association approval.Note: condo windows update to hurricane windows planned for summer 2024. Guest would be refunded nightly fee for days impacted for inconvenience.**Pool repairs planned for summer 2024, and pool/spa will be unavailable during that time.
