Description
This historic home is newly renovated (and just listed on VRBO) to its original finishings with modern and beautiful upgrades. The house is sunny and bright, with large windows and lots of natural light. A perfect spot for a family to easily walk into town (.25 miles), ride on Falmouth’s Shining Sea bikeway (just a few feet from the house), and visit local beaches. The two bedrooms sleep 6 people. There is a full dining room, a comfortable living room, a reading nook, and a spacious back patio with a table and grill. (Outside shower too!)All spaces are bright, clean, and newly renovated. The house feels roomy and welcoming with beautiful touches in the living room (with a large smart tv), dining room, kitchen, reading nook off the kitchen, and lovely upstairs bedrooms. There are two full baths- one upstairs and one downstairs, and full laundry on the first floor. Linens, bath towels, and beach chairs are provided. The house has high speed wifi and an electronic lock that will allow you to easily come and go. You’ll find plenty of outdoor space for lounging, eating, and grilling on the outdoor patio, as well as ample parking!
