There are also several parks and trails nearby.The Location- It’s close enough to downtown, yet has that calm neighborhood feel. The highway is easily accessible and will get you to the Tech Center or Downtown and up the mountains faster than locations within Denver’s dense neighborhoods. The area offers two grocery stores, nearby shopping centers, local restaurants/breweries, parks and gyms.The Property- Free parking in the driveway and street. It’s dog-friendly with a completely fenced yard. Sorry, no cats. Before booking, please tell me about your dog(s) breed, weight, and age. As much as I love guest dogs, they do have an impact to home and yard so there is a pet fee associated with each booking.Other things to note – This location is available for longer stays and subject to a lease and terms of lease, including deposit, and pet deposit if applicable.
