Weekly housekeeping is included. The top floor is a primary suite with a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a balcony overlooking the nearby mountains, Peloton room, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower/separate bathtub, and two sinks. Downstairs is an open floor plan with a kitchen that flows into a living room with a large couch and dining area. There is an additional front room with a piano and a queen-size sofa bed. Adjacent to the front room are two large bedrooms that have a shared bathroom. One bedroom currently has a bunk bed. The second room currently has a crib that can be converted to a toddler bed and also has a day bed that pulls out to a queen-size bed. The house is perfect for inside/outside living. There is a BBQ and outdoor dinning area that seats 10 people comfortably and a large backyard for playing and entertaining. WIFI and all utilities are included and there is an EV charger next to the driveway. The location is walking distance to parks, hikes, the Mission, the Natural History Museum, the Botanical Gardens, many restaurants (Italian, Sushi, Thai, Mexican, Indian, Korean) and all kinds of shops (Trader Joe’s, CVS, Gelson’s, BevMo, Handlebar Coffee, Daily Grind, Starbucks, Jeannine’s Bakery, Renaud’s). A short bike or car ride will get you to the beach. Our home is perfect for a family looking to vacation and/or try Santa Barbara living for a month!
