New air conditioner and new stainless steel appliances added in July/August of 2020.Palm Cove is a gated community located in the highly sought after McCormick Ranch area, with it’s lush greenbelt, which stretches 30 miles. From our condo, enjoy long walks alongside our beautiful Lake Marguerite, stroll to Altitude for coffee, enjoy an amazing breakfast at Butters… there is so much with walking distance! We are also located close to several Spring Training facilities and minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, the new Odysea Aquarium, Fashion Square Mall and Top Golf. We are also approx 15 minutes from WestWorld, for those interested in the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction or Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show.This is a lower level unit, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms- no stairs. The unit is 1,250 sq ft and has a small, private patio. The one car garage is not available for guest use Sept- May. We have furnished the master with a king size bed and the second bedroom with a queen (both brand new mattresses!). Pool and spa are heated year round.No smoking permitted.All rentals are minimum 30 days.One dog under 35lbs allowed.
