Can sleep up to 10 people (8 adults max as other 2 beds are a child’s bunk bed) Has 2 living areas to allow some get away from eachother time 🙂 Has private salt water pool (heating available @ $300), and a golf cart provided for guest use. Thanks, Kathy& SteveThis home requires a weekly 7 day rental of Saturday to Saturday during summer peak season (June- August) with check in at 4:00 PM an checkout before 10:00 AM. During rest of year stays are available for as low as a 2-3 day stay,Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved.We generally only allow Family rentals with responsible adult over 30 years of age. We do not rent to groups under 30 years of age. Any non family groups, and/ or people bringing motorcycles or trailers please contact us prior to requesting to book to get approval to reserve.From a guest who stayed- “Our stay was wonderful!
