It is a very short walk to the Myrtle Street beach and a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex. The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink. The kitchen is well equipped and has upgraded stainless appliances and nice bar with USB outlets for cell phone charging.The living room features a brand new wall mounted 55″ flat screen smart TV and ample seating for all. Outside of the living room is a patio for relaxing and hearing the ocean breeze.The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a brand new full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space (both the washer and dryer are new as well).The beach is just a short stroll down the street. Very easy walk even with children. There are 5 restaurants within easy walking distance.
