Sliding doors open to the balcony off of the living room which boasts a bay view and covered lounge space, plus there is a spacious entry patio complete with table/chairs, and firepit for watching sunsets and open air dining. For added satisfaction, there are air conditioning systems throughout the home, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeper sofa couch, and one compact parking space in the garage.
