The recent updates to the home include a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and an inviting atmosphere for guests to prepare all their meals before their long days of adventuring the Vail Valley. In the main living room, you’ll find the stunning, modern fireplace perfect for turning on during the year’s colder months. Sitting in the grand living room with the fireplace is ideal for curling up with a book, watching movies, or playing games with the entire group!The main bedroom has custom built-in features for your stay to feel luxurious! When stepping into the bathrooms, you will find two soaking jacuzzi tubs, which are the perfect place to relax. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
