Parks, tennis courts, restaurants and stores (including Shoprite) are a couple of minutes drive from the house. Train Station and I95 highway are less than 5 min from the house. Thus, on one hand the house is locatied in a resort community (a lot of New Yorkers and people from all over the U.S. and abroad come to spend their vacations there) and on the other, Shippan Point is close to everything and offers a commute one could only dream of.For security purposes, 2 cameras outside – near front door and overlooking backyard
