(New) Beautiful Ocean View – Cottage – Access to the Shore – 2 houses to rentThis beautiful home is located less than 75 feet from the shore on Narraguagus Bay where one can sit and watch lobster boats, seals, eagles, and take in all of the beauty of life on the ocean.When you are not enjoying the view and relaxing on the patio, you can enjoy a short drive (45 mins) to Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Rogue Bluff, or local hiking. You will never be bored on your vacation!.While visiting Milbridge you can dine at local restaurants (44 Degrees and the Milbridge House), take a sea tour with a local lobster fisherman, or have lobsters on the deck provided from the biggest and best lobsterman in the area!The house is set up with a kitchen, entertainment room, large patio, master bedroom (king bed), and a loft with 2 twin beds. In addition, the house is equipped with all the cooking needs so that you don’t have to eat out every night while enjoying the view at the end of the day!The location is extremely private and off the road with a large area so that children have plenty of room to safely play without the concerns of traffic. Located on the property while on a walk to the shore, you will be able to pick Maine Wild Blueberries during the months of July and August.You will not find a better location in Milbridge or Downeast Maine. Most people will tell you that this is a one-of-a-kind location!We have an additional house on the property (3 bedrooms) for extra family and friends. 2nd house is available for rent if you are looking for more room.This is a non-smoking rental. $500 dollar penalty for smoking.
