We are also close to downtown and Gruene historic district. And only about 45 minutes from Austin and San Antonio. San Marcos outlet malls are only about 15 miles.Our 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is located on the first floor, with one of the swimming pools and hut tubs right at the back patio. Condo sleeps 7 with a king size bed and a twin futon in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and a full size, pull-out couch. Kitchen has all the utensils you will need, there are grills on the lush lawn and pool deck.Come relax on the river.Ask about our monthly rates.
