Enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bed and a television. Features a stylish kitchenette with coffee pot, coffee, hotplates, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and a crockpot. The home is a short distance to many hiking trails such as: Thunder Mountain, Chimney, Devil’s Bridge, Little Sugarloaf etc. There are several dining options and grocery stores just a few minutes away.This is a Brand New Guesthouse! It is nestled among the Pinon and Juniper Pine in West Sedona making this a Stunning and Serene Getaway. Come enjoy the peaceful, clean and cozy setting of this one bedroom, 420 square foot home featuring a kitchenette and 3/4 bath (beautiful shower, no tub). Spacious vaulted ceilings recessed lighting and plenty of windows which provide glorious natural daylight. Rest and rejuvenate on the organic, pillow top, queen bed. Enjoy an evening stroll around the neighborhood followed by a evening by the fire pit. Grill and eat outdoors.The Parking for the Guesthouse is a paver driveway to the right of main house. There are two steps down to the patio which leads to the front door.Your hosts live in the main home on this property and will be available for any questions that you may have.This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of W. Sedona. We are within a few miles of many trails, restaurants, and uptown shopping area.Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a limited service available with LINKS transportation.Sedona is a dark skies community and allows only low lumens lighting. Nights skies can be very dark, so your phone flashlight may be needed for evening walks and late check-in’s. Sedona also has a noise ordinance and requires quiet after 10 pm.Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.Our beautiful bathroom features a tiled shower, heated fan feature, shampoo/conditoner, and body soap. We opted out on a bath tub, but please enjoy a hot shower!
