On a large canal with a separate floating dock and 2 kayaks to explore the water and all of natures offerings. 14′ ceilings in living room.The stylish place to stay is perfect for family or group trips. Custom built home featuring 4 large bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Large heated pool with screened in pool cage & large lanai. Overlooking large freshwater canal with huge deck overlooking the canal and a separate floating dock with 2 large kayaks for use in the open water. 14′ ceilings in the living areas, LED lighting throughout entire home and custom reverse osmosis water system for fresh and clean water in the entire house hold. Custom 8′ interior doors. Very close to down town Cape Coral, less than 3 minute drive from multiple restaurants and grocery stores and very short ride to multiple beautiful beaches. Less than 5 miles away from large water park. Oversized driveway and custom built full kitchen outside on the pool deck. Entire property is fully fenced in. Porcelain tile throughout entire house, no carpet. Pool accessible bathroom. Ceiling fans in every room. Walk in pantry in the kitchen. TVs in every room inside the house to include a TV outside on the pool deck. No pets permitted. 3 minutes from grocery store, 5 minutes from Pine Island, 15 minutes from beach. Many restaurants and water park very close by.
