Walking distance to all of the action. Just one block to local shops, galleries, and restaurants lining Calhoun Street and the Promenade. Take a short stroll to the Farmers Market, Oyster Factory Park, the May River docks or the iconic Church of the Cross. Short driving distance to Palmetto Bluff, Hilton Head and Savannah.This home is beautifully decorated in a casual coastal style. Fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining area, laundry and half bath on the main floor.Features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3.5 baths. The third bedroom consists of a queen bed with a walkout balcony. The fourth bedroom consists of 2 twin beds. Both share a full size bathroom. You’ll also find a unique loft area upstairs with a comfortable daybed and seating area.Upstairs balcony, front porch, private and street parking available.Other things to note: While we think the Oyster Haus is wonderful, we want to let you know some things that might not be ideal for some. Our townhouse is located within walking distance of Old Town Bluffton Promenade and Calhoun St. It’s an excellent location for shopping, restaurants, and local events, at times pedestrian and car traffic can be busy in front. During local events/ holidays parking and traffic is increased.Guest safety: This property has one or more exterior cameras that record or transmit video, images or audio.
