You’ll also have access to the shared washer and dryer in the utility space. Please be respectful of the utility space and washer and dryer. This is a shared space. This includes arcade games, food, and shopping. There are often live performances nearby, and there are also vendors for surfing, boating, and whale watching. While you’re close enough to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer, you’ll also be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet from the traffic and noise.Our home has been newly renovated and updated to provide you with a beautiful and comfortable space during your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and includes a dishwasher! The two bedrooms each have a queen bed and allow for up to four people to visit. The open living room/kitchen design makes it easy to entertain and relax after a long day at the beach. Traveling with a larger group? We have 4 more units right next to this one. We can happily provide large group discounts if you book multiple units for the same dates!We offer 1 parking spot that can fit a small sedan. This parking is stacked and you may get blocked in by another guest. If you have a larger vehicle or will need to use your car for the time you are staying with us, there is also a paid lot right around the corner on Ashworth Avenue called Central Parking. They offer 24 hour parking and I recommend reserving your parking well in advance of your stay.We welcome longer winter rentals and are happy to offer discounted rates for week long stays! This home would be perfect for a couple looking to get away for a week or for a traveling professional interested in renting for a month or two.
