This beautiful 2nd floor unit enjoys ocean views overlooking the heated pool. Enjoy a cocktail on the large sunbathing deck area adjacent to the heated pool, along with propane cooking grills for your convenience. Rental includes one private parking space in the complex.This beautifully decorated, meticulously clean condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop and dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, and hardwood floors. The Condo offers central air and heat as it is a year-round condo, a smart flat screen LED TV & Wi-Fi with open floor plan which includes full size table and bench seating for dining purposes. For your convenience we have a stackable washer and dryer in the condo unit, just bring your detergent.Flexible Weekly rental in-off season. Access to the condo is keyless with your own private security code provided prior to your arrival.
