New Construction Highlands Home With A Pond View – Hemlock HideawayThis well appointed, 3 bedroom home resides in a private, neatly maintained community. Upon entry, a lovely pond view through the large living room windows welcomes your gaze. The chic furnishings make for a comfortable living space, complete with a wood burning fireplace and television with cable and Apple TV. The dining table seats 6 people and the kitchen features top of the line appliances. Accessible from both the kitchen and dining space, the screened deck allows a private space to unwind and enjoy a fire in the outdoor wood burning fireplace. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room, full bathroom and an office. The master bedroom provides a king bed, TV, and a private, screened balcony overlooking the pond. The en suite master bathroom has a jetted bathtub, walk in shower and dual sinks. Upstairs, a seating area has a view of the pond and is open to the living room below. Two queen guest bedrooms are located upstairs, each with an en suite bathroom.Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
