Downtown Boulder and CU are just a ten minute drive, or you can avoid the roads and take your bike all the way to either along one of Boulder’s many bike paths.Please note that this is a 100% smoke free complex. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and smoking marijuana anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This is an HOA rule and strictly enforced. There is a one car garage that is a little tight, but can fit a 4Runner or other SUV. The remaining outdoor parking spots are limited and available first come first serve basis.
